About the Congress

The Lusophone Association of Human Rights (ALDH) and the Keppe & Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, with the support of the State Government’s Secretariat of Culture and the Museum of Sacred Art of São Paulo, had the honor of organizing the 1st International Congress on Conflict Management and Justice of Peace.

The event aimed to discuss and promote the need for and the importance of the practice of Conflict Management, its alternative methods of dispute resolution, and the Justice of Peace. With the participation of renowned national and international experts, the Congress addressed, in a profound and innovative manner, the various dimensions of the subject, offering participants a broad and critical perspective on effective alternatives for building peaceful and just solutions to social, family, corporate, and community conflicts.

Lecturers

Cláudia Bernhardt de Souza Pacheco

Dr. Pacheco is a Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, Theologian, and Writer. She is Director of the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Honorary Doctor, President of the Keppe & Pacheco Institute and Founder of the STOP the Destruction of the World Association.

Assistant to Norberto R. Keppe since 1973, she has authored several books, including the bestsellers The Secret History of Brazil, Healing Through Consciousness: Theomania and Stress, and Women on the Couch. Some of her works have been published in nine languages (Portuguese, English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, and Spanish). Recently, she released the book God Today: Faith, Consciousness and Humanity, co-authored with Richard Lloyd Jones.

Professor Dr. Joseph Ghougassian

The Honorable Joseph Ghougassian is a former United States Ambassador to the State of Qatar. He served the United States during the Reagan administration and, during his tenure, negotiated an agreement with the government of Qatar to allow the first open practice of Christianity in a Muslim nation. For this exceptional achievement, Ambassador Ghougassian was honored at the Vatican by Pope John Paul II as a Commander of the Order of St. Gregory the Great.

Ghougassian’s educational background is broad and profound. He began his education in Cairo, Egypt, continued in Lebanon, and earned his B.A. and M.A. in Philosophy from the Jesuit Ivy League Gregorian University in Rome, and his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. In 1973/74, while on sabbatical leave as a tenured professor, Dr. Ghougassian completed an additional postgraduate degree in Family, Marriage, and Psychopathology at the University of Louvain.

Upon completing his doctoral studies in Philosophy, Ghougassian began his teaching career at the age of 22 as the youngest faculty member of the University of San Diego (1966–1986). While teaching full-time, he also obtained an M.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from its School of Law.

Ambassador Ghougassian is a prolific author. He has written several books and professional articles on a wide range of subjects, including philosophy, psychology, psychotherapy, foreign relations, diplomacy, law, human rights, religious freedom, the Middle East peace process, women’s studies, public policy, the nature of racism, and immigration, among others. His most recent book, The Knight and the Falcon, chronicles his diplomatic efforts during his ambassadorship to persuade the government of Qatari to lift 500 year bans on public worship by Christians (and non-Muslims) in the country.

Ambassador Ghougassian is also a builder of institutions. He founded the American School of Doha, Qatar, in 1988. The school is now in its 35th year, serving as a center of educational excellence in the Middle East and standing as a lasting legacy of Ambassador Ghougassian’s significant impact. In 1980, Ghougassian was honored when Viktor E. Frankl asked him to initiate, preside over, and launch the World Congress of Logotherapy. This professional organization of scholars, dedicated to the study and application of the clinical ideas of the late Viennese Holocaust concentration camp survivor, remains active to this day.

While serving the United States government in Iraq and Afghanistan, Prof. Ghougassian organized, managed, and presided over the World Congress of Analytical Trilogical in San Diego (September 24–27, 2008). His alma mater, the University of San Diego, co-sponsored the Congress.

Aldo Rebelo

Aldo Rebelo is a journalist and writer. He served as President of the Brazilian House of Representatives, served as rapporteur of the Brazilian Forest Code, and served as Minister of Political Coordination and Institutional Relations as well as Federal Minister of Sports, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, and Minister of Defense.

He also served as Chief of Staff of the Government of the State of São Paulo and Secretary of International Relations of the City of São Paulo. He is President of the Ulysses Guimarães Foundation in the State of São Paulo.

Massami Uyeda

He was appointed Substitute Appellate Judge on October 6, 1993 and appointed Judge of the First Civil Court of Appeals of São Paulo on November 22, 1995. He transferred to the Criminal Court of Appeals of São Paulo on September 25, 2002, and was appointed Justice of the São Paulo Court of Justice by formal record on January 3, 2005. He was appointed Justice of the Superior Court of Justice on June 14, 2006.

Born in Lins, São Paulo, on November 28, 1942. Dr. Uyeda received his Bachelor of Law degree from the Law Faculty at the University of São Paulo (1966).

He entered the Judiciary on January 11, 1978, serving in Bauru, Ibiúna, Andradina, Capivari, Campinas, and São Paulo.

Dr. Uyeda is currently retired from the judiciary, but continues to work as a lawyer in São Paulo.

Antônio Corrêa Meyer

Lawyer, founder and former partner of the law firm Machado Meyer Sendacz e Ópice, with practice in several areas of law. He has advised national and foreign investors and public entities in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, contract negotiations, project finance, privatizations, and judicial and arbitral disputes. His areas of practice include regulated sectors, energy, oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure concessions.

As a lawyer and arbitrator, he has acted in arbitral proceedings involving civil, commercial, and financial law at the Arbitration Chamber of CIESP/FIESP, the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM), the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), and the Arbitration Chamber of Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Dr. Márcia Regina Büll

A prominent lawyer and researcher, Dr Bull is a Specialist in Human Rights with a Master’s degree in Art Education and Cultural History from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, as well as Editorial Coordinator and Curator of Visual Arts Exhibitions. She is currently President of the Rotary Club of São Paulo, Butantã - Brazil.

Regis Fernandes de Oliveira

Dr. Oliveira is a retired Appellate Judge of the São Paulo Court of Justice, where he served from 1990 to 1993, and also served as President of the São Paulo Association of Magistrates (1988–1989), the Brazilian Association of Magistrates (1990–1991), and the Latin American Federation of Magistrates (1991).

Retired as Full Professor of Financial Law from the Department of Economic and Financial Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP) since 1994. He was Federal Deputy from 1994 – 1996, Vice-Mayor of São Paulo (1997–2000) and served as Mayor of the Capital City and elected Federal Deputy in 2006. He is the author of 17 published books in the fields of law, philosophical studies, as well as several works of fiction.

Cyril Hovorun

Professor of Ecclesiology, International Relations, and Ecumenism, Archimandrite. Dr. Hovorun is originally from the Ukraine, where he began his studies in theoretical physics before turning to theology at the Kyiv Theological Seminary and Academy. At the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and at Durham University in the United Kingdom where he completed his doctorate under the supervision of Prof. Fr. Andrew Louth.

His doctoral research focused on post-Chalcedonian Christology. He has taught theology at various confessional and public institutions, including theological academies in Kiev, Moscow, Minsk, the National University “Kiev-Mohyla Academy,” Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and others.

He has been invited to lecture at more than fifty institutions worldwide, including Heidelberg University, Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the University of Oxford, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, St. Joseph’s University (Macau), the Taiwan Theological College and Seminary, Peking University, Princeton Theological Seminary, the University of Manitoba, Harvard University, Yale University, the University of Munich, the University of Iceland, Columbia University, the University of Toronto, the Myanmar Institute of Theology, the University of Eastern Karelia, LCC International University (Lithuania), the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory (Serbia), Dartmouth College, among others.

Joeci Machado Camargo

Justice of the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, Dr. Camargo served as 2nd Vice-President of the TJPR during the 2021/2022 biennium and was the first woman elected to serve as 1st Vice-President of the Paraná Court of Justice for the 2023/2024 biennium. A judge since 1986, she holds a law degree from the College of Law of Curitiba and specialist in General Theory of Law from the School of the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Sul.

Her work has been recognized with notable awards, including the Conciliar é Legal Award from the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Order of the Pine Medal, the highest honor of the Government of the State of Paraná. She is the Founder and coordinator of the Justice in the Neighborhood Program and of the Conciliation Center for Family Courts and Advanced Units.

Rodrigo Pacheco Angélico

Lawyer, specialist in Contract and Real Estate Law, interpretation and adaptation of foreign contracts to the Brazilian legal system. President of the Lusophone Association of Human Rights (ALDH) and Founding Partner of the Psycho-Socio-Integrative Chamber of Conflict Mediation (CPMEC).

He studied at the University of Advanced Studies in Law and Economics (Paris II – ASSAS) from 1989 to 1993 and attended the Language Studies program at the Catholic Institute of Paris from 1993 to 1996, where he received a degree from the Higher Institute of Translation and Interpretation (ISIT).

Lawyer with a degree from the College of Law of Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU/SP, Professor Angélico is a Conflict Mediator and Psycho-Socio Therapist accredited by the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, and also works as a Researcher, Educator, and Coordinator of the Legal Studies Center (CEJUR) of the Trilogical Colleges. 

Pérsio Burkinski

Graduated with a degree in Business Administration from FGV in São Paulo, and Italian Language and Literature from the University of Pisa, Legal and Notarial Services, and Theology from the Our Lady of All Peoples College. Specialist in Technical Translation (University of Genoa) and Conflict Management (Keppe & Pacheco Colleges) and a Sworn Translator of English, Italian, and French.

 He is Consultant in Notarial Services and Italian Citizenship, Chartered Linguist (CL) by the Institute of Chartered Linguists of England, a member of the American Translators Association and Founding Partner of the Psycho-Socio-Integrative Chamber of Conflict Mediation (CPMEC).

Maribel Barreto

Ambassador of Peace by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF/UN) with a Ph.D. in Education, Post-Doctorate in Education and Creativity (University of Brasília – UNB), Post-Doctorate in Education, Consciousness, and Transdisciplinarity (Catholic University of Brasília – UCB), Psychopedagogue, Consultant in Educational Sciences, researcher and lecturer.

She has professional experience in 13 countries, sharing the theme of Consciousness with emphasis on an oral statement delivered at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland (2023), Researcher on the theme of Consciousness and author of 19 books to date.

She is a member of the Academy of Letters of Jequié, the Academy of Culture of Bahia, and the Academy of Letters and Arts of Espírito Santo (Poets and Troubadours), also a member of the Executive Committee of RICA (Cooperative Integration Network of the Academies of Letters of Bahia), member of the IGHB – Geographical and Historical Institute of Bahia and the Rotary Club Bahia Norte, District 4391, Brazil.

Tânia Almeida

Physician with a Master’s degree in Conflict Mediation, completed Postgraduate studies in Family Therapy, Sociology, and Business Management. She holds international mediation accreditations (CeDR, CPR, IMI), works in Conflict Mediation and Dialogue Facilitation (B2B and B2C) with extensive experience in Family Businesses.

She is Founder of MEDIARE, author of Mediation Toolbox I, organizer of Mediation Toolbox II, and Conflict Mediation for Beginners, Practitioners, and Educators. She is a regular contributor on Mediation (website) and Soft Skills for Corporate Leadership (LinkedIn), where she also serves as a mentor.

Marcos Horácio Gomes Dias

Historian, Sociologist, Professor, Researcher, and Educational Content Producer and Critical Reader. He works in Education, History, Sociology, Anthropology, Art, Culture, and Projects with a solid trajectory in Education, Research, and Content Production. He has worked his entire career in schools, universities, museums, and cultural projects in Brazil and abroad .

Distinguished by his ability to translate complex knowledge into accessible language, engaging diverse audiences and promoting connections between culture, history, art, and critical education.

He holds a Ph.D. in History (PUC-SP, 2012), a Master’s in Social History (USP, 2000), Postgraduate degree in Baroque Art and Culture (UFOP, 1999), a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (USP, 1995), and a Teaching Degree in History, and is specialized in educational material production, an activity he continuously develops for in-person and online courses including critical review of third-party educational materials to ensure quality and academic rigor.

He is currently a professor at the Museum of Sacred Art of São Paulo (MAS) and São Judas Tadeu University (USJT), and collaborates with organizations such as Despertare, Saint Paul Business School, Ânima Educação, Itaú Cultural, Vanzolini Foundation, Freitas Bastos Publishing, and MAS.

Through Despertare, he focuses on executive and CEO education, emphasizing lifelong learning and the strategic role of culture in contemporary leadership. He also teaches in Portugal and Italy, integrating academic content with on-site experience.

Fabrizio Biliotti

Psychoanalyst and Psycho-Socio Therapist certified by the International Society of Analytical Trilogy (SITA). He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Siena and a Licentiate degree in Music from Centro Universitário do Sul de Minas, with Postgraduate studies in Conflict Management and Education Applied to Musical Performance.

He is Coordinator and professor at the Keppe and Pacheco Academy of Arts, and Professor of Italian, English, and German at Millennium, the Language Center of the Keppe and Pacheco College, Professor in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges and at the College of Our Lady of All Peoples. He has experience as a journalist in Germany and in the musical fields of jazz, rock, and classical music.

Fr. Manoel Olavo Amarante

Currently a Presbyter of the Roman Catholic Tradition of the Diocese of São Miguel Paulista, Parish Priest of Saint Anne Parish, and President of the Social Organization Faith and Joy.

He holds a degree in Philosophy (FAI) and Pontifical Theology from the Faculty of Theology Our Lady of the Assumption, with a Postgraduate degree in Psychosomatics – Integral Psychoanalysis and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Clinical Theology at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges.

Ricardo Alves de Lima

Lawyer, Ph.D. in Law (FADISP) with a Master’s degree in Criminal Law (University of Coimbra/USP) and an MBA in Tax Law, postgraduate studies in Corporate Law, Educational Law, Criminal Sciences, Business and Tax Management, and Human Rights (in progress).

Psycho-Socio Therapist from the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges (in progress). He is a Professor in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, Evaluator for INEP/MEC – Ministry of Education for Law Schools and Law Programs.

Sari Hannele Koivukangas

Master of Science from the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo and from the University of Turku, Finland, Postgraduate degree in Conflict Management, Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management.

Coordinator of Internationalization and of the English language postgraduate program Conflict Management at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges.

She is also a Professor at Millennium, Language Center of the Keppe & Pacheco Colleges, a Psycho-Socio Therapist certified by the International Society of Analytical Trilogical Science (Theology, Philosophy, and Science), Translator of books on Analytical Trilogical Science and author of children’s books based on Trilogical Science and a Volunteer at STOP the Destruction of the World Association.

Cesar Soós

Engineer graduated from EPUSP – Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1984). Co-inventor of the Keppe Motor and of several configurations and devices dedicated to the advancement of resonant motor technology which has an international invention patent and a green patent in Brazil.

He worked from 1984 to 1986 as a software development engineer for open-pit kaolin mining at the Monte Dourado Mine – AP, former Jari Project, Brazil. He is a Trilogical entrepreneur having worked in New York (USA) (1986–1988), London (England) (1988–1990), Paris (France) (1990–1994), and Lisbon (Portugal) (1994–1996).

He is a Founding partner of the Keppe Motor Artisanal Fan manufacturing craftshop incorporating the Keppe Motor technology in Cambuquira, MG, Brazil.

He is the translator of five books on Trilogical Physics into English, author of the book Basic Concepts of the New Keppean Physics – Science of Energetics (2021), International lecturer, professor, and columnist in Keppean Metaphysics, Science of Energetics, and Resonant Motor Technology at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges and Our Lady of All Peoples College.

Cesar Soós currently serves as technical-scientific coordinator of the Resonant Motors Research and Development Laboratory in São Paulo.

Richard Lloyd Jones

Communications and media professional with over 40 years of experience. Before moving to Brazil to study at the Keppe & Pacheco Institute of Integral Psychoanalysis in São Paulo, he was one of Canada’s leading voice actors, receiving numerous performance awards.

He is Co-author with Claudia Bernhardt Pacheco of the book Modern Relevance of God, writer and producer of two English-language podcasts – Thinking with Somebody Else’s Head and Healing Through Consciousness, an online psychotherapy program with Dr. Claudia B. S. Pacheco – and creator of the STOP Radio Network.

He is a Certified psychoanalyst in Analytical Trilogical Science and Professor at the Keppe & Pacheco Trilogical Colleges and Our Lady of All Peoples College, in Brazil and online. He is also a translator of several books by Norberto Keppe into English.

Gilbert Joseph Gambucci

International Concert Artist, Author, Professor of Piano and Transdisciplinary Studies, and International Academic Representative for the Keppe & Pacheco Trilogical Colleges in Brazil. At 17, he was awarded the National Paderewski Piano Tournament Award in the United States.

A native of Jessup, Pennsylvania, Gilbert began his piano studies at the age of 6. Later received the Emerson Full Tuition Scholarship Award to the Ithaca College School of Music in Ithaca, New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Music degree.

He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Keppe & Pacheco College and a postgraduate degree in Music Therapy from the Faculeste College in Brazil. He has performed professionally on four continents, including the United States, England, France, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Russia, and Brazil.

Since 1984 he has worked daily with the International Society of Analytical Trilogy resulting in his books Inside Music – Art and Transcendence, Third Millennium Renaissance – The Vital Role of Music and the Arts in Society, and Unresolved – The Severe Pathology of Socioeconomic Power. Mr Gambucci lectures regularly about the contents of his books based in the science of Dr. Norberto R. Keppe.

Susan Berkley

World-renowned expert in vocal influence and persuasion, she is founder of The Great Voice Company, Author of Speak to Influence: How to Unlock the Hidden Power of Your Voice and Voice Over Secrets Exposed. She is one of the leading voice-over artists, signature voice of Citibank and a leadership communication consultant for entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide.

Frequently invited by the media, she has appeared on ABC News, CNBC, and The New York Times.

Though born in the United States, Susan is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and has studied the work of Norberto Keppe since 1982.

She is a certified psychotherapist and instructor at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Speaker at the International Congresses of Analytical Trilogical Science and translator of several books by Norberto Keppe into English. She teaches online courses in English and Portuguese based on the work of Norberto Keppe.

Selma Genzani

Psychoanalyst and international lecturer in the field of human relations and conflicts, Theologian from the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Professor of Psycho-socio pathology in the postgraduate program of Integral Psychoanalysis – Conflict Management at the Trilogical Colleges, where she is also a member of the coordination team.

Luciara Batista Avelino

Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Education from the University of São Paulo (USP) in the field of Education, Language, and Psychology, Coordinator of the Pedagogy program at Our Lady of All Peoples College, Certified Psychoanalyst by the International Society of Analytical Trilogical Science (SITA).

Specialist in Conflict Management (Psychosociopathology) by the National Institute of Postgraduate Studies (INPG) and the Keppe & Pacheco Institute, Bachelor’s degree in Languages from the University of Brasília (UnB), Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from Anhembi-Morumbi University and in Theology from the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges.

She is author of the book Therapy in the Classroom (2nd edition) and of several educational books as well as Coordinator of the study group in the area of Institutional Foster Care Homes.

Gislaine Maria Lyyra

Clinical psychologist specialized in Play Therapy, psychoanalyst certified by the International Society of Analytical Trilogical Science (SITA) since 1983, Postgraduate degree in Conflict Management (Psychosociopathology) by the National Institute of Postgraduate Studies (INPG) and the Keppe & Pacheco Institute, where she also works as a professor.

 She is Professor in the Education program at Our Lady of All Peoples College, Served as a psycho-pedagogical consultant at Colégio 8 de Maio in Itapecerica da Serra from 2007 to 2019, and in an institutional shelter in the city of São Roque, SP, from 1998 to the present.

She is the creator and instructor of the course How to Interiorize Children Through Children’s Stories and author of the book Zézinho and His Friends: Therapeutic Stories.

Maria de Lurdes C. Pelicano

Psychoanalyst certified by the International Society of Analytical Trilogical Science, Professor at the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Professor at the Senior Academy of Penamacor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in African Studies – History Track, from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon (FLUL).

Postgraduate degree in Alternative Medicines from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, training in Business Organization and Management from INP – Institute of New Professions of Lisbon.

Former entrepreneur, consultant, professor at École Norberto Keppe in Lisbon, professor and President of the Retired Teachers’ Association in Lisbon, founder of companies in Portugal and Angola, Coordinator of Trilogical Companies (1995) as well as lecturer and author of contemporary poetry.

Rita Peixoto Ferreira Blum

Ph.D. in Law of Social Relations from PUC-SP (2014), Master’s degree in Law from PUC-SP (2002), author of the book The Right to Privacy and Consumer Data Protection Updated by Law 13.709/2018 – LGPD (Almedina – 2022) and author of articles published in Revista dos Tribunais in the areas of Neighbor Law, Cultural Environmental Law, and the Right to Privacy.

 She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics (IBDEE) since 2019, recognized by Análise Magazine among the most admired lawyers in Real Estate and Digital Law in 2022.

Professor of Law including postgraduate and extension courses at Presbyterian University Mackenzie and the School of Advocacy, respectively in the fields of Business-Applied Law and Data Protection and Privacy. She is a Founding Partner of Rita Blum Law Firm, established in 2016.

Marina Lourenço Leviski

Lawyer, graduated from PUC-PR, specialist in Business Law (FGV-PR), Criminal Law (ICPC-PR), Constitutional Law (ABDConst-PR), and Political Sociology (UFPR). She is a Conflict Mediator and Psycho-Socio Therapist from the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Qualified in Pedagogy through the Teacher Training Program of the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, Researcher and Professor at the Legal Studies Center (CEJUR) of the Trilogical Colleges and a Founding Partner of the Psycho-Socio-Integrative Chamber of Conflict Mediation (CPMEC).

Natália Stein

Lawyer, graduated from PUC-SP, specialist in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Paulista School of Law, Conflict Mediator and Psychosocio-Therapist by the Keppe and Pacheco Trilogical Colleges, specialist in conflict resolution with practice in Real Estate, Business, and Consumer Law, Researcher and Professor at the Legal Studies Center (CEJUR) of the Trilogical Colleges and a Founding Partner of the Psychosocio-Integrative Chamber of Conflict Mediation (CPMEC).

Edna Maria Gonzalez

With over 25 years of experience in the psychosocial field, her professional practice is based on the principles of Analytical Trilogical Science, applying Keppean Methodology in the care of people in situations of vulnerability. Since 1998, she has developed this work at Casa da Criança Dona Sarah and, since 2011, also at Casa de Acolhida – São Roque, where she remains to this day.

Both are pioneering social projects that have supported hundreds of children, adolescents, and their families, promoting transformation and psychosocial support.

Maria Celina Machado Ale

Worked for the Municipality of São Roque/SP as: Preschool Teacher (children aged 3 to 6) for 19 years; Daycare Administrator (first municipal daycare center in the city) for 7 years; and Head of the Social Promotion Division. During this period, she began applying Norberto Keppe’s Trilogical Methodology under the guidance of Dr. Gislaine Maria Lyyra, initially at Casa da Criança Dona Sarah (1998–2000 and 2005–2008). She is director of the Department of Social Welfare (2005–2008). volunteer work: Catholic Church of São Roque,

 First Communion Catechist for 10 years; PAS – Social Assistance Program (2001–2010) with social projects; Casa de Acolhida – São Roque, from 2011 to the present.

She has assisted hundreds of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability who suffered all forms of neglect, abuse, and violence (physical, psychological, sexual, etc.), as well as their families.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UNIASSELVI (Leonardo Da Vinci University – Mairinque, SP), Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Advanced Faculty of Theology – Jerusalem Theological Center Foundation (Campinas, SP), Teacher at Horácio Manley Lane State School – São Roque, SP, with specialization in Early Childhood Education.

Nivaldo Lopes

Psychologist graduated from UNESP – Assis/SP (1980), with Teaching Degree in Psychology from UESP – Assis/SP (1978), Specialist in Clinical Psychology and School/Educational Psychology by the Regional Council of Psychology – CRP 06/SP, specialization in Socio-Educational Psychology from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and in Conflict Management and Psychosociopathology from the National Institute of Postgraduate Studies, in partnership with the Keppe & Pacheco School of Integral Psychoanalysis.

He also completed the course in Justice and Restorative Practices at the University of Brasília (UnB). His professional trajectory includes extensive experience in teaching, school management, psychotherapy, hospital CAPS services, human resources, and work with adolescents in socio-educational measures, with a focus on management and psychological care.

The Lusophone Human Rights Association, in partnership with CEJUR (the Legal Studies Center of the Keppe & Pacheco Faculties), stands out for a unique educational and therapeutic approach that integrates the discoveries of psychoanalyst Norberto Keppe. This approach combines the fields of theology, philosophy, and science, using tools such as interiorization, awareness, and psychic deinversion to address human conflicts. Within this perspective, psychosociopathology emerges as a fundamental tool for conflict resolution, helping to understand and overcome the deep-rooted causes of problems in human relationships.
